After information gathering, we set delivery timelines, break down the feature list to create modules prior to project approval to ensure our client is well notified about the curve we will be following during the development of his product.
Post approval of the project, we assign the clients product to a project manager who will keep them updated and communicate the progress to them. We have an in-house UI/UX designer that the client can always approach to design their project based on their requirements and tweak it. We create wireframes that get approved by the client, and the designer starts to work on them. The UX designer then takes each frame and minimises it to ensure maximum feasibility and effectiveness from the front-end perspective.
Project implementation starts after application architecture and database design is finalised and discussed with the client. We go module by module on timelines discussed with the client so they can be up to date with the progress of their project.
Milestones are set during the project implementation. Once we reach each milestone, our testers write test cases and follow unit testing, functional testing and integration testing.
We use a very client focussed approach during deployment. We feel clients are much at ease when they see each module being deployed as it is created. This is followed by a demo and a walkthrough.
